The Maia Dress is a sophisticated piece that beautifully contours your body. Available in two warm shades, Maia is cut from a luxurious, super soft Tencel™ modal fabric. The dress features a unique open-back design with a double tie detail, adding a modern twist to its classic silhouette.

Wash at a low temperature (max. 30°C) with similar colours. Hand-wash or machine-wash using the wool wash cycle. If your machine lacks a wool cycle, use the delicates cycle. Always turn your garments inside out for added protection. Do not tumble dry. Avoid using bleach and softeners.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically 1-2 working days for the UK and 5-7 working days for other destinations.

We use DPD for UK orders and DHL for international orders.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@oohmae.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange. We will then send you over a returns sheet. Please print and fill out this sheet and include it inside the package you are returning.

We are only able to offer exchanges for customers based in the UK at this point in time. Exchanges are only accepted for the same style in a different size, all exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanges will be shipped back out to you free of charge.

Return Conditions:

• Returns for a refund to the original payment method must be requested and sent back to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Late returns will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, original packaging, and free from signs of wear, make-up, stains, smells, and any alterations.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be sent back with the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Don't use DHL or TNT to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us.
• We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

• We only offer store credit or exchanges on all sale items.
